You have to disconnect your phone in your car or you lose all connection all altogether. That’s the only bad thing about this watch. Everything else is pretty awesome.

The screen response is very slow. Literature provided is inadequate. The watch itself is high tech and amazing. There is data on its reliability or margins of error.

Overall watch performs well and fuctions - as expected. Fitness measurements should only be viewd as "close apporximations" of what's going-on inside the body that over time, may or may not indicate a need to seek profesional medical intervention: depending how the data trends. So for my purposes the watch is a usefull tool in that respect. Other watch fuctions such as phone, messaging, weather monitoring, and other notificatins work flawlessly. My only suggestion for improvement would be to expand the choice of customized watch faces..... most of the available choices look more suited for juveniles than mature adults.... My favoite watch fuction the the "30 second health check-up" which can only be described (like the rest of this watch) as ......... AMAZING !!!

I am happy with my watch, but I do wish there was a better App. H Band does not always work and it is frustrating. This watch is great if you are keeping up with your blood sugar and your heart. I have stenosis of the heart valve, so I can keep up my heart rate and blood sugar. It also keeps track of your sleep and your activities. You can run a quick ECG and your Blood oxygen, HRV and body temperature. It has additional features that you do not find with most health watches. You can keep track of your blood components and Body Components. I rated it a 4 Star, only because I am having trouble with HBand App. I feel as though it takes me too long to mess with an app.

Great features

I really like the features, blood glucose isnt accurate, but i assumed it really wouldn't be. It gives me a good idea about my vitals as im going through cancer treatments. I do like it better Than my whoop 5.0
